Flot supervision
ii40_Connect offers a complete and organized vision of the fleet under monitoring, highlighting the main operating parameters to obtain a global image of the state of each team.
Operation analysis
From the analysis of machine data, II40_connect allows to deepen the operation of the equipment, identifying potential opportunities for process optimization.
Remote diagnosis
ii40_Connect allows identifying anomalies in the operation of the equipment thanks to the monitoring of alarms, the analysis of the events and operating parameters, to complete a remote diagnosis in order to respond to the incidents of the equipment.
TeleCare
ii40_Connect incorporates tools to interact remotely with the equipment and carry out actions such as the adjustment of operating parameters, the update of work programs or the execution of operating commands, allowing distance assistance.
Blockchain record
ii40_Connect allows registration in a blockchain chain of operating parameters or equipment events, used for the execution of Smart Contracts.
T&I reviews
ii40_Connect facilitates the management of planned reviews and maintenance activities, and allows their digitalization by incorporating the corresponding information in the equipment history.
Ticketing
ii40_Connect offers a solution to channel the requests for assistance and their resolution in a totally digital way, documenting each aspect of the assistance, and incorporating that information in the team’s history.
Life cycle management
ii40_Connect maintains a machine health model with a health index (MHI) throughout the life of the life, allowing to anticipate the necessary service activities to maintain the equipment in optimal conditions.
