Platform ii40_Connect is a complete monitoring and service solution of industrial equipment, which includes hardware for data collection, processing software, data analysis and digital supervision tools.
ii40_Connect is compatible with all kinds of industrial equipment and sectors, and can be installed in new and old machines.
Architecture ii40_Connect
Platform ii40_Connect covers the three stages to convert the machine data into useful information for users.
- $The Smart ii40_Gateway collects the data directly from the machine, using industry communication protocols
- $Private cloud ii40_Cloud servers build the digital twin of the team, which organizes, analyzes and stores the data
- $The web application ii40_SERVICAPP offers a control panel from which to access the information about the equipment and make use of digital applications for the provision of services
Data Capture
The Smart ii40_Gateway is the main element for the capture of machine data from the machine automation system, whether PLCS/Automata, CNCS or controllers of different brands: Siemens, Omron, B&R, Beckhoff, …
The ii40_Gateway supports different industrial protocols (Siemens, Modbus, Ethecat, OPC-UA or free protocols via RS232/485).
Digital Twin
From the data collected, ii40_Connect builds a digital twin of the equipment, modeled from its physical structure and operation, to be able to organize, analyze, and effectively visualize the information from the machine data.
This digital twin constitutes a real -time representation of the team, and helps to better understand its instant functioning, estimate non -measurable parameters, and predict their expected behavior.
Models
On the digital twin of the equipment, predictive models are executed with specific algorithms to each case, which allow analyzing the data and making predictions on the operation, health and estimation of the remaining life of the equipment.

Control Panel
The ii40_Connect control panel allows you to access all the operating information of the equipment under supervision, as well as service tools.
Through different modules, the user supervises real -time operation, alarms and machine events, analyzes historical behavior, checks the equipment of the equipment and manages different aspects of maintenance.
