The ii40_Connect Platform offers a complete monitoring solution for industrial and power generation assets, encompassing hardware, software and analytic tools to provide fine grained equipment supervision, with focus on machine health and production performance.
ii40_Connect offers the deployement of advanced analytics models that leverage the collected data and the Digital Twin to develop component specific algorithms aligned in three distinct groups:
- Machine Health Algorithms: to evaluate, track, and predict indicators relative to equipment’s technical condition and indentification of abnormalities.
- Machine Service Algorithms that support maintenance activities proviing insights on failure modes, contributing factors and recommendation of service activities.
- Production Algorithms: to analyze, track and identify opportunities for optimization in operational efficiency, quality control, energy efficiency and waste reduction.
