ORDER TRACKING
It allows you to collect all the information associated with the products manufactured within a specific production order or within a specific time interval.
It identifies the orders processed within that time range and performs a cross-reference search of all related data: input materials, process parameters, quality checks, and resulting products. All this information is organized in a structured manner for easy analysis and query.
To enhance this traceability, the solution allows integration with multiple systems and data sources, such as ERP, MES, SCADA, metrology stations, or other systems that provide relevant information about the production process.
SCAPAS DIGITAL PASSPORT
It consolidates all information related to each product unit’s manufacturing process into a single digital document, allowing it to be viewed via a QR code from any point in the supply chain, including the end consumer, with access to a complete and traceable history.
This functionality anticipates the requirements of European regulations on traceability and sustainability and adds differential value to the machine-manufactured product.
