ii40_Connect collects the data directly from the machine, and uploads it securely to the ii40_Connect servers to build the Digital Twin of the machine, a digital representation that combines physical and mathematical models in real time to structure and analyze the data, extracting useful information to be displayed in an visual and intuitive application

The smart ii40_Gateway collects the machine data directly from the machine, , using the communication protocolspresent in the industry, pre-processes it and uploads securely to the server
The gateway executes a configurable Edge supervision Agent to implement the service functionalities in ii40_Connect and respond quickly to any machine event
It also includes a Cibersecurity & Criptography Agent to secure the communications and transmit the data securely

Within the digital twin of the equipment, different analysis engines and predictive modelswith user case specific algorithms, enable the detailed analysis of equipments performance, as well as predictions over its operation, health and remaining life
