Pressure control in marine buoy rupture tests
THE NEED _
In this case, the client manufactures safety buoys for vessels and marine signaling.
During production, the burst time of the buoy due to inflation pressure is a parameter that needs to be controlled.
The objective of the project is to monitor the mechanical resistance of the buoys by tracking the internal pressure curve up to the point of rupture.
Additionally, a test report is required for each buoy as a document to record the quality of both the process and the final product.

Implementation of our MONITORING service application for monitoring internal buoy pressure and generating process quality reports.
MONITORING _
- COCKPIT
Panel for displaying buoy inflation pressure values. When the inflation pressure exceeds 10 bar, the test begins, and the pressure is monitored over time until the pressure drops below 9 bar, in which case a crack has occurred, or the test is terminated manually.
