Remote assistance and production monitoring
THE NEED_
Our client manufactures and offers after-sales service for industrial hydraulic systems for aluminum extrusion production processes. These are high-productivity systems, so their availability and efficiency are key. Optimal system maintenance is directly related to business profitability, so real-time information on the system status and process parameters is the basis for decision-making regarding maintenance interventions.

THE SOLUTION
The solution consists of implementing our MONITORING and REMOTE SERVICE applications to monitor equipment status, expanding functionality for remote assistance, and developing advanced services for the end customer, such as predictive maintenance contracts. In collaboration with our client’s IT technicians, an IoT Gateway device was connected to the PLC controlling the installation, and more than 130 variables were extracted, enabling detailed analysis of the installation’s status and progress.

- COCKPIT
The COCKPIT control panel displays real-time data for monitoring. The panel is divided into two main areas: maintenance and production, and displays indicators for daily production, press speeds, oil temperature, energy consumption, and pump status.
- ALARMS
Parameter variation alarm log panel for maintenance or production personnel.
Real-time incident detection emails. OEM-configurable alarm engine for the customer.
- ANALYSIS CHART
Temporary graphical display of parameter readings. Ability to configure quick preset buttons for grouping parameters according to data analysis needs.
REMOTE SERVICE __

Control panel for comprehensive monitoring and management of machine technical information and documentation, as well as incident reporting with the customer.
