The user can identify optimization opportunities, both technical and organizational, and facilitates the decisions aiming to an improved machine utilization and increased profitability

The PERFORMANCE App keeps automated records of the machine process metrics, and delivers insights thay can reflect daily, shift or any other timebase for OEM and users to track equipment’s efficiency
The PERFORMANCE module can be configured for different operation parameters, production metrics and timebasis, delivering the metrics/insights relevant for each application The analysis of these insights, their evolution and the comparison with specs and benchmarks help to identify improvement opportunities
PERFORMANCE has multiple components to display on screen and in reports the relevat Insights for the supervision and management of the equipment
Insights and KPIs
The relevant insights area calculated automatically, and their evolution is shown highlighting any deviation from reference values
Like this, the user can record for example the total number of parts produced in a shift, the maximum peak power consumption in a job order, or the average machine speed in a day
OEE
The real utilization of the machines is automatically calculated with the OEE metrics (availability, performance and quality) to identify improvement areas
Reports
The main daily insights are reflected in a customizable report that is automatically created and distributed to users
